Canadian Housing Recovery

The index for Canada home prices in November was 130.62, this is 0.17 below the August 2008 peak of 130.79. It would therefore be fair to say that the housing crisis passed Canada by.
However, given Canada's demographic landscape, it would be unwise to believe we are going "Back on Track" for a 2005 to 2008 recovery.
